 NLPA is a sector specific division of North London Business established to:

  • Work in partnership with local property professionals, developers and land owners
  • Present a clear, credible and independent voice to represent and develop the interests of the sector
  • Intervene to assist in the elimination of log jams in the development process
  • Encourage property owners to work together to increase levels of inward investment through coordinated provision of locational advice
  • Work with North London Business to help analyse and interpret trends and statistical data arising from investment in the area

North London Business Property Search

North London Business provide an online, comprehensive commercial property database of premises available in the North London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey and Waltham Forest.  This data is managed by an in house team working with approximately 300 active agents and lists around 700 available properties at a given time.
